Fredrik Guster is a Partner and Co-Founder of Bisonti Partners, based in New York. He is a member of the investment team and Investment Committee and focuses on investment origination, evaluation, strategic development, and targeted value-creation initiatives. He also leads strategic partnerships and the expansion of the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to Bisonti, Fredrik was a senior member of Investcorp’s Seeding and Special Opportunities investment team, where he originated partnership and growth opportunities across the platform. Earlier, he served as Head of Strategy & Business Development at Sarissa Capital, held senior roles at Barclays advising founders of investment firms, and worked at Rock Maple Funds across investments and capital formation. He began his career at Goldman Sachs across investment management and investment banking.
Fredrik holds an M.S. in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
