Amir Rezvani is Head of Middle East Coverage at Bisonti Partners and a member of the Capital Formation team, based in Abu Dhabi. He leads investor engagement and strategic initiatives across the GCC for Bisonti and its GP partners.
Prior to Bisonti, Amir was a member of Investindustrial’s Investor Relations & Syndication group, where he led fundraising efforts across EMEA and the Americas. Earlier, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in London, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions across the EMEA technology, media, and telecommunications sector.
Amir was a PhD Fellow at Harvard Business School and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an M.Sc. from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has also been named to Private Equity International’s fundraising ‘Global 40 Under 40’ and Capital Magazine’s Germany ‘Top 40 Under 40’ lists.
