New name and logo reflect the strength, loyalty, and tenacity of the bison

Rebrand of GP capital solutions platform follows $1.25 billion capital raise for ISCP II, bringing its total AUM to $2.4 billion

NEW YORK –September 23, 2026: Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm, today announced that its GP capital solutions business, Strategic Capital Group, will rebrand to Bisonti Partners. Bisonti Partners will continue to operate as an integral part of Investcorp’s global investment platform.

The new identity marks the next stage in the evolution of Investcorp’s GP capital solutions business. Since Investcorp launched the platform in 2019 as part of its growth strategy, it has grown into a scaled and established GP capital solutions franchise, with $2.4 billion in assets under management and partnerships with a growing group of middle-market private markets managers. As the business continues to expand, the Bisonti Partners name gives the platform a distinctive identity that more clearly reflects its specialized strategy, partnership-led model and long-term ambitions, while retaining the institutional strength, resources and global network of Investcorp.

The name and logo draw inspiration from the bison as a symbol of strength, loyalty, tenacity, and the uncommon instinct to move toward, not away, from challenges. The Bisonti Partners brand embodies the active partnership, institutional rigor, and global network for value creation that have defined the group’s approach and culture since its inception in 2019.
